What do we mean by responding quickly?
If you sent your inquiry during standard business hours on the east coast, we try our best to reply to all inquiries before we leave for the day. If you sent your inquiry while we are not in the office, we will get back to you as quickly as possible the next business day.
Meanwhile, here are a couple of things to do:
- Power-cycle your message player. (that’s a fancy way of saying: unplug it, and plug it back in)
- Verify that all cables are connected
