Your Caller Experience Evaluation order is now in our system, and will be scheduled within the next week. (It’s a Secret Call, remember? We won’t tell you exactly when we plan to call!)
How will you know we’ve completed the evaluation?
Once we call in, record the interactions, and evaluate the experience, we’ll contact you with both the recording, and the report, showing where you’re doing great and places where you could make improvements. If you’d like help implementing those, we’re available to help you as well.
In the meantime, you have a few options:
