After we resolved the problem, he then proceeded to tell me that we have the best on hold messages he has ever heard. The other day I received a call from a customer who had some questions about our furniture. While she was on hold she heard the spot about our Home Fans and Lighting department. She said she had been in here before but somehow she didn’t notice that we sold lighting. I didn’t sell her in furniture but she is planning on purchasing all her fans and lighting from us for her new home.
