On-Hold Player Return Instructions

We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances do change! Please use the information below to smooth the process of removing your location from our service.

The On-hold player at your location is owned by Prosound, and we’ll need to have that returned to us. Once we receive it, we can remove your location from our billing. If it is no longer available there will be a $299 lost equipment fee.

Step 1: Locate the Player

Locate the On-Hold player at your site. It is usually near the phone or networking equipment and looks like one of these units:

It is important that you include the unit and the power cord. If the earbud, network cable, and audio cable are convenient and easy to include as well, please do. If not, it won’t be a problem.

Step 2: Put it in a Box

Slip the unit and cables into a box, (making sure it’s padded enough to not get damaged in shipping)

Step 3: Tell us where it’s From

Note your location number, address, or other identifier on the outside of the box, so we’ll know where it came from.

Step 4: Ship it to us
